I truly enjoyed great and particularly good location of this property.
the bed and pillows were comfy, the room was clean. location: the hotel was not far from many delicious restaurants. it was only a short distance to gyu-kaku japanese bbq, where you can have lunch.

Thank you for a SUCH WONDERFUL stay. It is a great property located in Downtown Calgary district just off the downtown area, airport and many delicious restaurants. Its location by the staff both at reception & restaurant is magnificent.

Clean hotel, services were exceptional and location was great by the staff both at reception & restaurant. The staff were excellent and friendly. I asked for a king room and the one given was brand-new and modern. The food was fabulous and different.

The cleanliness of the rooms was also commendable, with spotless bathrooms and tidy bedrooms. the friendly staff added to the overall positive experience.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The staff at check-in was not very helpful, leading to a lengthy wait and a lack of professionalism.

The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area. the cleanliness of the property was exceptional, which is something I greatly appreciated during my stay.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the staff didn't clearly communicate which restaurants were accessible for guests with breakfast included.
